Victoria Pasche is a seasoned clinician who has many years of experience in community mental health and crisis intervention. She has also managed a short-term acute care residential program and provided mental health services to Harvard University students. Her areas of expertise include working with young adults, disability issues and depression.
Her approach tends to be warm and supportive, but also direct and no-nonsense in manner. She integrates cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and psychodynamic elements into her therapeutic style. She believes in the importance of validating the reality of client's painful experiences while helping them acknowledge their own strengths and the choices they can make in order to feel better and improve their lives and relationships.
