Brittany Shaw's passion for providing therapy to adults stems from a belief that there is hope in every situation. She has treated individuals with a diverse array of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, self-esteem and body image issues, as well as divorce/child custody-related issues.
Brittany has a particular interest in Couples Counseling. She works with each couple to determine what it is they need or want in their relationship and together they brainstorm ways to achieve these changes.
A mom herself and former birth doula, Brittany has a very personal and holistic way of connecting with women experiencing antepartum and postpartum depression and anxiety.
A true believer and practitioner of the strengths-based approach, Brittany believes in every individual's ability to identify and benefit from his or her own internal strengths and resources. Brittany works to make all of her clients feel welcomed and valued through her kind, humorous and non-judgmental approach.
